Forgot your password? No worries! This guide walks you through resetting your password for Doitify, ensuring you can quickly regain access to your project management app .
Steps to Reset Your Password #
- Access the Forgot Password Page:
- On the sign-in screen, click the Forgot Password link below the password field.
- Enter Your Email:
- In the “Enter your Email” field, type the email address associated with your Doitify account .
- Click the SendOTP button to receive a one-time password (OTP) via email.
- Verify the OTP:
- Check your email for the OTP sent by Doitify.
- Enter the 5-digit OTP in the Email OTP field.
- Set a New Password:
- In the “New password” field, write your new password, ensuring it meets the requirements: at least 1 special character, 2 lowercase letters, 1 uppercase letter, and 1 numeric digit.
- Retype the new password in the “Repeat new password” field to confirm it.
- Click the yellow Change password button to save your new password.
- Log In:
- it will return you to the sign-in page, enter your email and new password, and click Enter to access your account.
