Board Columns Settings

The Board Columns Settings popup allows users to customize and manage columns and Class of Services (COSs) on their boards for better task organization.

Key Sections #

  • Add COS: Enter a new COS name in the field and click Add COS to create a Class of Service for grouping tasks (e.g., priority levels or workflows).
  • Add Column: Enter a new column name, select a COS from the dropdown, choose a Column Parent for hierarchy, and click Add column to add a new column to the board.
  • Class of Services (COSs): Displays or allows management of COSs below default columns for advanced categorization.
